From one-off sessions through to comprehensive policy reviews and training packages, our consultancy services are flexible, affordable, and informed by our years of experience in the refugee safeguarding sector.
Safeguarding Audits
If your organisation is preparing for an audit, Safer Foundations will work with you to ensure you are fully audit-ready. We can also be commissioned to carry out a full audit of your safeguarding policies and practices.
Policy Health Checks
If you would like support to ensure your policies and other safeguarding documents are fit for purpose or need help with a re-write or refresh of your existing documents, we will support with that as part of our consultancy service. We have experience in designed bespoke process documents that can sit alongside policies as an easy and accessible way to pull out key information for staff and volunteers.
Wellbeing Support in association with Wellbeing Together
We also work with Wellbeing Together who offer support around wellbeing and resilience. The facilitators have many years’ experience working in the sector and offering therapeutic support in various settings. They can provide group and individual support and help you think about the right approach to take to improve levels of emotional resilience, wellbeing and safety for you your teams.

Safer Foundations Accessible Support
We recognise that many of the organisations we support operate with limited resources. That’s why we keep our costs for bespoke training as low as possible, ensuring our services remain financially accessible.
In addition, our Safeguarding in the Refugee & Asylum Sector: An Overview for Frontline Staff and Safeguarding Leadssessions are delivered quarterly online. This allows organisations to book individual places for relevant staff, while also benefiting from opportunities to connect with and learn from colleagues across the sector. These sessions are offered on a sliding scale, based on the size of the organisation.
